Shipping costs
Domestic Shipping (Poland)
- Free shipping for orders over 400 PLN net.
- For orders below 400 PLN net, the shipping cost is 15 PLN net. In the case of cash on delivery (COD) payment, an additional fee of 3 PLN net.
- Domestic shipments are handled by DPD courier service.
International Shipping
- International shipments are made under EXW (Ex Works) terms – shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Shipping costs are calculated individually based on dimensions, weight, number of cartons, and the selected courier service.
- Parcel shipments are handled via: DPD, TNT/FedEx, UPS, DHL.
- Pallet shipments are arranged via: Kuehne+Nagel and Raben.
We always compare available options and choose the most cost-effective logistics solution for each order.
The final shipping cost will be included on the proforma invoice once the order is complete.
For export orders, any customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
