Full-bite decoy training suit

Designed specifically with the needs of trainers, decoys, and anyone else training dogs in mind, we created the Dingo Gear full-bite training suit. It is sewn from thick nylcot (French fabric) to provide the user with effective protection against bites.

What matters in dog training is the decoy’s ability to move freely. Despite the fabric’s thickness, the training suit’s tailored cut enables bending of the limbs and running. It is stiff and durable enough to form a protective shield on the body, while still allowing dynamic movement.

For K9 training, bite work, and other simulated scenarios in which a dog is to stop an assailant through attack or immobilization, the protective suit delivers 100%—as evidenced by trainings led by Leos Drbohlav using our gear.

We recommend pairing the full-bite training suit with the decoy protective mask S02021 or S02022.

Practical bag INCLUDED!

After placing an order for specialist equipment for protection against dog bites, the lead time is up to two weeks. Free garment personalization is available by embroidering any logo on the back of the jacket, e.g., “Border Guard.” For personalized orders, the production time is three weeks from the moment the customer provides the graphic design file.

Dog-training suits come in three sizes: L, XL, XXL

and colors: black-red, black-blue, and black-orange.

WARNING

Please remember that using our training suits to test a dog’s biting ability during trainings and other tasks may be dangerous. Even a professional protective suit does not fully protect against potential bodily injury, but it certainly reduces the risk or the extent of injuries compared to testing the dog’s work without protection. The training suit should never be used by novice trainers and/or people without proper experience working with dogs, as this may entail a risk of very serious injuries. Improper use of the product may result in wounds and other injuries.

Key features of the decoy suit:

- the jacket and trousers are made of strong, thick nylcot (French fabric) that helps protect the decoy from animal bites
- the jacket’s cut allows the dog to achieve a full grip on the decoy’s arms, torso, and back
- the dog-training suit offers great freedom of movement: it enables bending the arms (so the decoy can fasten and unfasten the suit independently), raising the arms overhead, cracking a whip, sprinting, making sudden turns, flexing and extending the legs, and during a fall allows independent standing up
- demonstrates durability and resistance to various types of mechanical damage, e.g., attempts at biting, tugging, striking, and scratching
- fastenings are secured so that they do not expose the dog to injury during exercises
- the full-bite trousers protect the lower body—legs, groin, and buttocks—from harm
- there is a small gap between the body and the suit’s inner layer which, when withdrawing the hand or another bitten body part at the right moment, helps protect the decoy from bruises and other injuries
- the upper part of the trousers is cut like bib overalls at the front and back, with adjustable suspenders
- the padding is engineered from the latest synthetic materials, highly resilient and difficult to bite through
- the suit (jacket and trousers) is made in two contrasting colors

Warranty

We provide a one-year warranty for the dog-training suit.

During the warranty period, all repair and transport costs to and from the customer are covered by Dingo Gear.
